One yard.
Sixty-eight counties.
Fixed routes.

Everything ships from 3505 Montopolis Dr, Austin, TX 78744. Consolidated routes are what make a four-tote delivery to San Antonio or a two-tote drop in Temple financially sensible — you ride a truck that was going anyway.

Central Texas

Austin

Our yard is at 3505 Montopolis Dr in southeast Austin, roughly six minutes from the Highway 71 / Ben White interchange. Austin customers can pick up the same day during yard hours, or take a next-day delivery anywhere inside Loop 1 / SH-130.

Daily routes, same-day pickup at the yard

South Central Texas · 80 mi

San Antonio

We run consolidated San Antonio routes twice a week down I-35, which keeps delivery cost per tote near Austin levels. Orders placed by Monday noon ship Tuesday; orders by Wednesday noon ship Thursday.

Twice weekly, Tuesday and Thursday

Gulf Coast · 165 mi

Houston

Houston is where most of Texas's totes are born and where most of them die. We run a weekly consolidated route into the Ship Channel and Fort Bend industrial corridor, and we will send a dedicated 48-foot flatbed for any order or buy-back over about thirty units.

Weekly consolidated run, plus dedicated loads

North Texas · 195 mi

Dallas–Fort Worth

We run a weekly Wednesday flatbed up I-35 into the Metroplex, serving Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Denton and the industrial belt from Grand Prairie to Garland. Orders in by Tuesday morning make that week's truck.

Weekly consolidated run, Wednesday out

Heart of Texas · 100 mi

Waco & Temple

Waco, Temple, Belton and Killeen sit directly on our weekly I-35 run to the Metroplex, so freight to the Heart of Texas is effectively a drop-off rather than a dedicated trip. Same Tuesday cut-off as DFW.

Weekly, on the DFW route

I-35 Corridor · 35 mi

San Marcos & New Braunfels

San Marcos, New Braunfels, Kyle, Buda and Seguin are all on our twice-weekly San Antonio route, forty minutes from the yard. Next-day delivery is routine and same-day is often possible.

Twice weekly, on the San Antonio route

Brazos Valley · 105 mi

College Station & Bryan

We run the Brazos Valley weekly on the SH-21 corridor through Bastrop and Caldwell. Agricultural research, university facilities and the surrounding ranch economy make this a steady, seasonal market.

Weekly, Thursday out

Coastal Bend · 215 mi

Corpus Christi

The Coastal Bend runs on a biweekly consolidated schedule, with dedicated loads for orders or buy-backs above about twenty-five units. Refinery, port and agricultural demand all overlap here.

Biweekly consolidated, dedicated on 25+ units

Permian Basin · 320 mi

Midland–Odessa

The Permian is the most tote-intensive region in Texas and the one with the largest recovery opportunity. We run monthly consolidated loads and will send a dedicated flatbed for buy-backs of twenty units or more from a lease, yard or chemical facility.

Monthly consolidated, dedicated loads on demand

Golden Crescent · 130 mi

Victoria

Victoria and the Golden Crescent ride our biweekly Coastal Bend route down US-183. Petrochemical operations at Point Comfort and Eagle Ford activity to the north make this a two-directional market.

Yard pickup

Cheapest option, always

Come to 3505 Montopolis Dr during opening hours, walk the rows, pick your own units, and we load you with a forklift at no charge. It is the cheapest way to buy from us and the fastest way to learn what our grades mean.

Bring a truck or trailer that takes a 48 × 40 inch pallet, ratchet straps, and closed-toe shoes.

Yard hours: Mon–Thu 7:30a–5p · Fri 7:30a–4p · Sat 8a–12p · Sun closed (Central Time). Directions and yard details →

Both directions

Every route runs two ways

A truck returning empty is wasted diesel and a missed recovery. Every outbound run is offered as a buy-back collection on the way home.

If you have empties — yours, your customers’, or a neighbouring business’s — tell us when you order and dispatch builds the pickup into the schedule. It costs you nothing, pays you something, and it is the single easiest way to improve the environmental arithmetic of the whole trip.

Why we publish the schedule

Because freight is the thing that quietly kills used-container orders, and the only way to make small orders viable is to be predictable. If you know San Antonio runs Tuesday and Thursday with a noon cut-off the day before, you can plan around it. If you have to ask every time, you stop asking.

The routes have been broadly stable for years. They shift with demand — the Permian moved from quarterly to monthly as the buy-back volume grew — but we would rather publish a schedule and occasionally revise it than keep it vague.

What changes the freight number

  • Whether you are on a scheduled route or need a dedicated trip
  • Unit count, with real steps at roughly 4, 10 and 20 units
  • Whether the site needs a moffett-equipped truck to unload itself
  • Whether there is a return-leg collection to offset the trip
  • How much of the trailer floor you are actually using

Questions people actually ask

+Do you deliver to my town if it isn't listed?
Almost certainly. The pages here are metros, not the full list — we serve roughly sixty-eight Texas counties on these routes and the towns between them come along for the ride. Send your ZIP and we'll tell you which route you're on and when it runs.
+What's the difference between consolidated and dedicated?
Consolidated means your totes ride a truck we were already sending. Dedicated means a truck runs for you alone. Consolidated is dramatically cheaper for small orders; dedicated usually wins above about twenty units.
+How far will you go for a buy-back?
Anywhere in Texas at twenty units or more, because the collection rides a return leg. Beyond twenty we'll price the load; below it, we may still fit you onto an existing route.
+Do you ship outside Texas?
Occasionally into Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico on volume orders. Further than that and a yard closer to you almost always beats us on freight — we'll tell you so rather than quote something silly.

+What do your grades mean?
N is new, R is rebottled, F is documented food grade, A is clean and presentable, B is sound with visible history, C is structurally sound but cosmetically rough, and X is material recovery only. Full definitions are on the grades page and they are applied by the person who washed the unit.
+What is your minimum order?
None for yard pickup. For delivery, small orders ride our consolidated routes with a modest freight line, and above about four totes it's usually absorbed into the unit price.
+How long does an IBC tote last?
The steel cage runs 15 to 25 years. The bottle depends entirely on contents — one to three fills of aggressive chemistry, or five to ten years of benign service. That asymmetry is why rebottling exists.
+Can I pick up at the yard?
Yes, and it's the cheapest option. Bring a truck that takes a 48 × 40 pallet, ratchet straps and closed-toe shoes. We load with a forklift at no charge.
+How often does an IBC need retesting?
Leakproofness testing every 2.5 years and full requalification every 5 years under 49 CFR 180.352. The test date must be marked on the container.
