IBC totes in
Dallas–Fort Worth.

DFW is the largest single market we serve outside the Gulf Coast, and the demand profile is broad rather than concentrated: food manufacturing in Garland and Mesquite, plastics and coatings in Grand Prairie, agriculture out past Weatherford and Waxahachie, and a construction sector that never stops.

The short answer

We run a weekly Wednesday flatbed up I-35 into the Metroplex, serving Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Denton and the industrial belt from Grand Prairie to Garland. Orders in by Tuesday morning make that week's truck.

The Metroplex also has plenty of local competition, so we compete on two things: grading honesty and the fact that we wash and rebottle ourselves rather than brokering someone else's stock. If a grade sheet says B, the tote is B.

For larger programs — twenty units and up, or an ongoing fleet — we quote on a dedicated load basis, which usually lands below what a local broker can do on the same spec.

Dallas–Fort Worth questions

+Why buy from Austin when there are Dallas yards?
Two reasons customers give us: we grade honestly and publish what each grade means, and we do our own washing and rebottling instead of reselling. If neither matters for your application, buy local and save the freight — we would rather tell you that than oversell.
+How fast can you get 40 totes to Fort Worth?
If the stock is on the ground, typically three to four business days including the dedicated load. Rebottled units to a specific spec run longer — ask and we will give you a real date, not an optimistic one.

Coverage
68 Texas counties on scheduled routes, from one Austin yard.

+How much are my empties worth?
It depends mostly on cage condition and prior contents. A straight cage with a rinsed bottle and a readable UN plate carries the best value. A stained bottle in a folded cage is worth its material recovery.
+Do you buy used totes?
Yes — it's half the business. Anywhere in Texas, from a handful behind a brewery to several hundred on a chemical yard. Send photos and prior contents and we'll price them the same day.
+What are standard IBC tote dimensions?
48 inches long by 40 inches wide — one standard pallet position — with height varying by capacity: 46 in for 275 gallons, 53 in for 330, 56 in for 350.
+How do I tell if a used tote is sound?
Check five points: cage welds at the base corners, the bottle around the outlet, the valve seat, the lid gasket and the pallet feet. Those account for nearly every problem we see at intake. The 48-point inspection checklist covers the systematic version.
+Can I inspect before buying?
Yes, and we encourage it for first-time buyers. Yard hours, walk the rows, pick your own units. Grading is honest but it's still a judgement — seeing the stock settles every question at once.
