IBC ToteTexas

Reuse ledger, year to date: 41,200 totes diverted from Texas landfills this year. 2,060k lb of HDPE kept in service. 1,772k lb of steel cage recovered. 3,140 tons of CO₂e avoided. 92% of our wash water recycled on site. 68 Texas counties served from one Austin yard. Request a quote

One form.
One honest
number back.

We quote from real stock sitting on the yard, not from a catalog. Tell us the volume, the product and where it's going, and you'll have a price, a grade recommendation and a delivery date the same business day.

Flatbed trailer loaded with two rows of IBC totes secured with straps, hooked to a blue tractor unit

The short answer

Fill in quantity, product type and service, plus a ZIP code so we can price freight. Leave Grade blank if you don't know — describing what's going in the tote is more useful than guessing a code. Quotes are firm for seven days and include unit price, grade, valve spec, freight and a date.

Tell us what you need

Everything marked with an asterisk is required. Everything else helps us quote it right the first time.

We reply here, so it has to be an inbox you actually read.

US or Canadian number, 10 digits. We format it as you type.

Two-letter code or full name — checked against your postal code.

5-digit US ZIP, or a Canadian postal code like K1A 0B1.

Plain text only. Links can't be submitted through this form.

No phone number required from us — we work by email and we answer fast. Fields marked * are required.

From the yard

IBC totes strapped two high inside a box trailer with timber dunnage between the layers
Empties double-stacked and strapped over the cage rail — never over the bottle.
IBC totes staged on a port terminal apron beside stacked shipping containers and gantry cranes
Gulf Coast staging. The densest source of recoverable totes in North America.

Process

What happens after you hit send

  1. STEP 01

It lands in a real inbox

Every form on this site goes to sales@ibctotestexas.com, read by people on the yard who can walk out and check the rack.

  2. STEP 02

    Somebody checks the stock

Against what you asked for and against what would actually serve you better. If a cheaper grade does the job, that's what comes back.

  3. STEP 03

    You get it in writing

Unit price, grade, valve spec, pallet type, freight as its own line, and a delivery date. Same business day, nothing verbal.

  4. STEP 04

    You approve, or you don't

No follow-up calls, because we don't have a phone. If you want to change the spec, reply and we'll requote.

Help us help you

Four details that turn a reply into a quote

  1. What's going in the tote. This determines the grade, the seal compound, the valve and whether documentation is needed. It is the single most useful sentence you can write.
  2. How many. Price steps at 10, 24 and 48 units, and again at full trailer quantities.
  3. Destination ZIP. Enough to place you on a route and price the freight properly.
  4. Anything odd about the site. No forklift, narrow gate, soft ground, restricted receiving hours. This is the detail that prevents a failed delivery.

Unit count, prior contents and which of our five wash standards you need.

What a quote from us looks like

Every quote contains the same fields, so they are easy to compare against each other:

  • Unit price by grade and size
  • The grade code, referencing our published definitions
  • Valve type and outlet thread
  • Pallet base type
  • Wash standard applied, and whether a record is attached
  • Freight as a separate line, with the route and cut-off
  • A delivery date, not a lead-time range
  • Where relevant, the estimated diversion figures for your order

It is firm for seven days. Used inventory moves, and we would rather requote than pretend a three-week-old number still stands.

What we might tell you instead

That a cheaper grade would do. That drums make more sense at your volume. That a yard closer to you will beat us on freight. That your application genuinely needs new containers rather than reconditioned ones. All four happen weekly and all four cost us a sale.

The alternative — quoting whatever you asked for and letting you discover the mismatch later — is a business model that works exactly once per customer.

Questions people actually ask

+How quickly will I get a price?
Same business day for anything sent before mid-afternoon. Requests arriving after hours are answered the next working morning. If a request needs a stock check on something unusual, we'll tell you that rather than go quiet.
+What if I don't know what I need?
Leave Grade blank, put 'Not sure yet' in Product Type, and describe the job in the Message field. Working out the right specification is the useful part of our job — the quote is the easy part.
+Is the quote binding?
It's firm for the stock and quantity described, normally for seven days. Used inventory moves, so a quote from three weeks ago may reference units that have gone.
+Do you quote freight separately?
Yes, as its own line so you can see it. That also lets you compare against collecting at the yard yourself, which is always cheaper.
+Can I get a quote for selling you totes?
Yes — same form. Put 'Sell my IBC totes' in Select Service and describe the quantity, condition and prior contents in the Message field.

68 Texas counties on scheduled routes, from one Austin yard.

+Can I transport fuel in an IBC tote?
Not on public roads — totes are not DOT-approved for it. Static storage on private property, properly placarded and contained, is a different question and is generally permissible subject to local fire code.
+Do you pick up?
Free at 20 units or more anywhere in Texas, because the collection rides a return leg. Below that we can often still fit you onto a route we already run.
+How many totes fit on a truck?
Twenty on the floor of a 48-foot flatbed or dry van, regardless of whether they're 275s or 330s. Forty if they're empty and double-stacked.
+Do you provide wash certificates?
Yes for W3, W4 and W5 washes: standard, temperature, detergent, sanitiser, date and operator. We retain copies for seven years.
+What do your grades mean?
N is new, R is rebottled, F is documented food grade, A is clean and presentable, B is sound with visible history, C is structurally sound but cosmetically rough, and X is material recovery only. Full definitions are on the grades page and they are applied by the person who washed the unit.
