IBC totes in
Victoria.

Victoria sits at a useful crossroads: petrochemical manufacturing to the southeast at Point Comfort and Port Lavaca, Eagle Ford production to the north and west, and a solid ranching economy through DeWitt, Goliad and Lavaca counties.

Flatbed trailer loaded with two rows of IBC totes secured with straps, hooked to a blue tractor unit

The short answer

Victoria and the Golden Crescent ride our biweekly Coastal Bend route down US-183. Petrochemical operations at Point Comfort and Eagle Ford activity to the north make this a two-directional market.

Forty if they're empty.

That mix means we deliver food-grade and water totes on the outbound leg and collect industrial empties on the return. It is one of our most balanced routes.

Hurricane-season preparedness is a real seasonal driver here. Emergency water storage is worth arranging in May, not in the week a storm enters the Gulf.

Victoria questions

+How many totes should we keep for hurricane preparedness?
For a small operation, two rebottled 275s covers drinking and sanitation for a crew for several days. For a facility, size it against your headcount and expected outage duration — we will help you work it out.
+Do you take empties from Point Comfort plants?
Yes, subject to prior-contents review. Send the list through the quote form and we will tell you what we can accept and what has to go to material recovery.

+What if the totes arrive worse than described?
Tell us within 48 hours with photos and we make it right: replacement, credit or collection. It happens rarely, because the person who grades a tote is the person who washed it.
+Why don't you publish prices?
Because a published list would be either wrong or so hedged it tells you nothing. Price depends on grade, quantity, valve spec, pallet type and freight distance. Send the form and you get a real number the same business day.
+How should I store totes through a Texas freeze?
Leave headspace — water expands about 9% freezing and an over-full tote splits at the shoulder. Drain exposed plumbing and keep valves closed rather than trusting a hose bib.
+Can you deliver with no forklift on site?
Yes — we run a moffett-equipped truck with a piggyback forklift for exactly this. Note it on the form so dispatch sends the right equipment.
+Does a used tote keep its UN rating?
Only if it was reconditioned by a registered facility, passed the required testing, and is inside its retest window. A UN plate on a rusty cage from an unregistered yard means nothing.
